A programme providing a high-level certificate which combines training for managing and communication skills with the knowledge required to manage executive areas in companies and institutions. These studies will prepare students to develop the management of any area in a company or institution whilst providing them with expertise to organize and produce events, protocol and institutional relations. This double training is highly demanded and perfect for executive environments and the events industry.
This MBA has 80 ECTS credits (2000 hours) and combines a practical learning methodology with theoretical and humanist teaching.

Admission requirements: Have a university degree or at least 5 years' work experience within the protocol and event production and management field in an institution or company (limited places). Have a degree which is equal to graduate or a higher education university degree or a university degree in Protocol and Institutional Relations and Event Production and Execution. In general the MBA is designed for students who want, on the one hand, form and develop all their capabilities in the area of leadership and management of bussiness, as well as, with great interest and desire for training in the organization of events, protocol and institutional relations.
Must be students with capacity to grow, with concerns, mental criticism, interest in learning and innovation, with a multicultural profile and with the capacity to integrate into their environment and relate, vital aspect to maximize the MBA. |

During the studies several methodologies are combined to ensure a teaching optimization and guarantee a correct understanding and assimilation of knowledge.

The case method, which seeks the practical training through the knowledge of practical examples and resolution of problems that teachers will present in the various working sessions, as well as the practical exercises to perform individually or as a team, within an operational strategy of effective research and professional practice.

The classes will have a practical nature and will be taught by teachers highly qualified and specialized in the different areas of study.

Theoretical Training through the classes and the extensive documentation will be provided to the student through textbooks and documentation of teachers and teaching materials to which the student can access through virtual platform.

Los alumnos inscritos en el Máster (Presencial y Distancia) deberán recoger en Secretaría al inicio del curso, el material bibliográfico del curso; además, en el aula virtual se subirá la documentación complementaria que cada profesor estime oportuno.
El aula virtual será de uso prioritario para los alumnos, y su vía de comunicación principal con los profesores.
Los alumnos seguirán las asignaturas por las explicaciones del profesor correspondiente, los libros de texto oficiales y la bibliografía adicional que señale que el profesor.
Todos los alumnos matriculados recibirán los libros de la editorial de la propia Escuela Internacional de protocolo, que será el material de referencia del curso.
El resto de las materias y módulos serán completados con la documentación propia que cada profesor aporte en sus clases, referencias bibliográficas y unidades didácticas “Ad Hoc” que apoyarán la formación del alumno. |

The students must attend a minimum of 85 % of the classes (Except presentation of justified absences). Within the training there are scheduled lectures, seminars and various activities.
In conjunction with the provisions in the European Higher Education, the ECTS of each of the materials are divided into the following training activities: lectures, classes practices, mentoring and personal work of the student. |
The Escuela Internacional the Protocolo provides students with a career guidance service offering them practicla internships in different companies as well as channeling many job offerings comming from many institutions.
Practical internships
Practical internships are intended to provide comprehensive training for students through a parallel educational program at the university and in a real company combining theory and practice. 18 ECTS are assigned to practical internships in this course.
The school currently has agreements with several companies and public institutions, which ensures that each year all students are given the opportunity to aquire experience with practical internships in event management and other responsibilities related to event planning and organizing, marketing, advertising, communication and institutional relations.
Besides, the EIP develops its own acts, under the direction of qualified experts and under the management of the students themselves, which gives them more opportunities to approach the real market. Finally, the school, through its event management company, NHV encourages the participation of students as junior and senior assistants and as coordinators in all its events, which is not only a perfect complement to their training, but the beginning of their professional development and maturity. |

The admission will be subject to a personal interview. Groups will be limited.
People who may be interested but fail to comply with the requirements set forth by the UCJC or UMH, may chose the Master's Degree by the EIP according to its admission requirements.

The International School of Protocol, due to the high demand of the previous year, has limited the number of newly registered students for the academic year 2009-2010. The registration period will end once the maximum amount of students is reached for each centre.

Price
The total price for the MBA is 9500 Euros. This includes classroom lectures, documentation, teaching material and right of access to the Virtual classroom.
For registrations received before 31 July 2009
a reduced price will apply of 8950 Euros
In both cases, a payment of 1340 Euros will be required at the time of registration, plus another €190 for the additional educational material. The rest may be paid in instalments. The International School of Protocol offers students financing facilities (no banking intervention) to pay the course in 12 months (without interest). |
